Don Manzullo speaks with CNN anchor Don Lemon about the Administration's proposal to move the 215 Taliban and al Qaeda terrorists at Guantanamo Bay to the Thomson Correctional Center in northwest Illinois. Manzullo adamantly opposes moving Gitmo north to Illinois but support the opening of Thomson as a federal prison without the terrorists.
