    Manzullo Testifies Against More Freight Trains in Barrington

    Congressman Don Manzullo testifies in front of the House Transportation Committee to require the government to more fully measure impacts on communities and residents when considering rail transactions, like the proposed sale of the EJ&E line to Canadian National that will bring 20 more freight trains through downtown Barrington each day.
